Before you commit to a lease or contract make sure you know the zoning requirements. You must acquire a zoning use permit for assurance that the type of business you plan to operate is legal in the desired location. A zone determination must be obtained in person on the second floor of the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building (201 W. Colfax Ave.).
